Birth Doula Services
A doula is a nonmedical birth professional who provides continuous support for a woman in labor and birth.
The word ‘Doula’ comes from Greek origin and literally means '“female helper or servant.” That’s what I’m here for.

I would LOVE to meet you and dream about what you’d like your birthing experience to be like!

I believe women have the power and capability to do this very natural and primal thing called birth. But, that doesn’t mean that it’s not hard or overwhelming or even a bit scary. My goal is to equip you with knowledge to make birth feel prepared for. I want you to be confident and able to trust what your instincts are saying. And let’s not forget, I’ll be right by your side during your labor and birth.
Every mom, every baby, every birth is different and shouldn’t be treated as if it was. My role is to support you and to work with the birth team you create. Here’s how I will do that:
Continuous Labor and Birth Support
Educational Assistance
Mental and Physical Preparation
Help on How to Make Informed Decisions
